Prices and additional options

The monthly rent for office space with all expenses paid is 200 EUR + VAT. No additional charges!

The price includes all utility costs (energy, internet, cleaning, space, secretary, etc.) and the use of common areas.

The equipped offices include:

  • lounge room for informal meetings of 20 m2
  • secretary during working hours 08-16h
  • notification of the maturity of the mail and delivery of the inbox
